There are so many cats living in Nishinomiya beach who are not owned by anyone.

We volunteers have been conducting the community activity for cats by setting up the temporary cat housing after obtaining the permission from Nishinomiya city. 

However, Nishinomiya City Office ordered us to demolish the temporary cat housing by March 31, 2018. If we get rid of the temporary cat housing, not only cats in Nishinomiya beach will be faced with more harsh conditions, but also people in the neighborhood are likely to suffer from more extensive environmental damages including cat feces.

We are determined to save the life of cats! Hence, we would like to continue the community activity for cats!

西宮浜にはたくさんの飼い主のいない猫がいます。

西宮市に許可をもらい、ボランティアで猫小屋を設置して地域猫活動をしています。

それなのに・・・西宮市から2018年3月末日での退去を言い渡されました。猫たちにとってさらに過酷な状況となるだけでなく、近隣住民にとっても、糞害など環境悪化の被害が広がると思われます。

猫を守りたい！ 地域猫活動を継続させてもらいたい！

•  As an alternative way, you can easily do the net printing in Seven-Eleven nationwide (the printing by using the copy machine in the convenience store). Since the registration number for the net printing becomes due in about one week’s time, we will update the number and let you know on HP, so that you can confirm the updated number (it will cost 20 JPY for the net printing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions).  

•  Nishinomiya City Office told us that electric signature could be used as reference although it is regulated in the Nishinomiya city that electric signature would not be counted as an official number of people who put signature. Therefore, even if you do not have enough time to send a handwriting signature, please put your electric signature at least!
